As many of our friends are doing - we too have been making the trip to other casinos. I am really starting to dislike this place. 75 to play minimum bet that do not pay out any decent money. They had a Lord of the rings game for about a year, but did not allow players to log into their accounts - so it did not gain much attention. Lastly, they do not offer well known themed based games that most players love (Monopoly, Wizard of Oz, Walking Dead, & Lord of the Rings). This place is now chasing all their customers away with drawings that offer Premium Play giveaways instead of CASH, machine that don't pay out, and a ghost crew for staff. It used to be a beautiful resort and you would lose a couple times and then have a nice win. The drink staff is limited on the floor so you have better luck leaving your machine to get your own! The last 3 times we stayed at the hotel we noticed chipped tiles on the walls (in the hallways) and we were kept awake due to construction banging! The players around you are all screaming about how tight the machines are. They slam their bodies into you to reach cups between the machines. The cleaning staff in the casino is rude. You used to be able to play all night on $50 - now your lucky to play an hour on $200. They must be set to the lowest payout now. The food has gone downhill at the buffet! The slots no longer play the way they did 5 years ago. We have watched as they cut players comp ($15 twice a month for us, as Platinum's). My wife and I have both been Platinum Members for years.
